How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped via ups.

House of baby doll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No, international shipping is not available as of now.

When will my order ship? 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Turnaround times = standard shipping is 3-5 business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

Can I change an order I’ve already made?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Can I return or exchange items? 

All orders are non-refundable if they are in stock but we will be happy to exchange items that are unworn, in perfect condition with all tags attached (if applicable).

You may exchange merchandise within 2 days of delivered date. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You must email us at babydollc2016@gmail.com to notify us of exchange in this email, include your contact information, the item description, and reason for exchange. Please ship back items securely packed in the original package if possible. For your own protection.

 

If you are in the broward area, you can request to exchange your items at the availability of the owner. Buyer will cover all applicable return shipping costs.
